Hello everyone, welcome to first recipe post on my blog. Currently, I had lot of veggies in my refrigerator and was not in a mood to make a dish out of only one. So I tried out with peas, cauliflower, tomatoes.
It is easy to cook recipe and you can try it out on party occasion as well.
PREPARATION TIME : 15 minutes
COOKING TIME : 35 to 40 minutes
SERVES : 4
INGREDIENTS :
1. Peas - 2 cups
2. Cauliflower - 1 big size
3. Tomato - 2 medium size
4. Onions - 2 medium size
5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
6. Bay leaf - 1
7. Red chillies - 2
8. Green chillies - 1
9. Green cardamom - 2
10. Dalchini - 1
11. Lang - 1 or 2
12. Haldi - 1 tspn
13. Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
14. Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tspn
15. Black pepper - 1/2 tspn
16. Garam masala - 1 tspn
17. Salt
STEP 1 : Heat oil in a kadhai, add cumin, red chillies, green chilli, dalchini, lang and elaichi. Let it splutter.
STEP 2 : Add the chopped onions and cook till it turns translucent.
